Hey there!

I am a passionate strength coach, North Carolina based powerlifter, and accredited personal trainer who has worked with a variety of clients, from D1 athletes to working moms. I know that each client is unique with different goals and needs. So I create custom exercise programs for every single client, utilizing my education, experience, and own weight loss story. I highlight proper form and include challenging goal-based movements that will get you where you want to be. There is no greater feeling than helping clients achieve their goals. 

My fitness journey began with competing in track and field and high school football. From these sports, I developed a passion for training and weightlifting. After playing semi-pro football in college, I realized my career goal was to become a personal trainer so I can pass on my knowledge to others and help with their fitness goals. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and became a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise.

I am always working to become a better coach and trainer and I continually strive to help my trainees achieve their goals. When not training others, I can be found in the gym training to compete in powerlifting and strongman competition, and the Highland Games.  My other hobbies include reading, fishing, and spending time with my wife, dogs, and cat.
